I have May 1 and half years of my education in public schools. There were times when I enjoyed learning things and talking to my friends. On the other hand there were long stretches of monotony and boredom. I can not imagine what it would have received in the middle and high school. I vaguely remember a class I was in sixth class before I began to be taught at home. “Conflict Resolution” they called it. Instead we are taught something useful, like mathematics, history or science are, and we had to learn that started in a fist fight is not good for everyone.
1. It is not boring as all get out.
I think it goes without saying that home education was much more interesting. I had to do with something and learning, and I enjoyed my free time. I never had to sit through long lectures or monotonous stare at a blackboard, while a teacher approached the slowest student in class. I could learn at my own pace and enjoy.
2. Nobody gives you wedgies.
